1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Fishguard is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic based in Fishguard, UK. We operate in accordance with UK pharmaceutical law and are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 9012511). By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if we determine that a medication is not clinically appropriate for you. Our pharmacist's clinical decision is final.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Approval

All weight loss medications dispensed through our service require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber. Prescriptions are generated only after your medical questionnaire has been reviewed and approved by our clinically trained team.

You must provide accurate and truthful information during your consultation. Providing false information to obtain a prescription is a criminal offence. We retain the right to cancel your order and report concerns to the relevant authorities if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Our pharmacist may contact you for additional information before approving your prescription. Approval is not guaranteed.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We do not store full card details on our systems. Payment processing is handled by a secure, PCI-compliant third-party provider.

5. Delivery

Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the courier's schedule and are not guaranteed by us.

All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by you or by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund for prescription medicines, as required by UK law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for using any prescribed medication strictly as directed. You must read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication. If you experience any side effects or adverse reactions, stop taking the medication and seek medical advice immediately.

You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your treatment.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Our service does not replace your NHS GP or primary care provider. The information and treatment provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Fishguard is intended to complement, not substitute, professional medical care. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.

We accept no liability for any adverse outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided during your consultation.
